Above the Rim at Chase Center
For a high-profile, weeklong executive leadership program in the San Francisco Bay Area, Entire Productions planned and produced an opening-night VIP executive hospitality experience at Chase Center for 50 global C-level leaders.
The evening set the tone for the week, fostered peer-to-peer connection, and gave guests rare access to San Francisco’s sports, culinary, and cultural worlds in one thoughtfully curated experience.
The experience was part of a six-day Bay Area program for approximately 2,000 global attendees across more than 65 events. From eight invited DMCs and a final shortlist of four, Entire Productions led the full scope through an integrated team that oversaw creative strategy, destination management, hospitality, logistics, and production.
The Challenge
The client wanted an opening-night experience that felt exclusive, elevated, and worthy of a global executive audience.
The evening needed to welcome 50 C-level executives to San Francisco, encourage conversation before the conference began, showcase the city through sports, food, views, and culture, and coordinate multiple guest transitions within Chase Center without losing the sense of ease and hospitality.
The challenge was to transform several distinct experiences into one effortless VIP guest journey.
The Idea, The Vision
Reveal San Francisco through access guests could not easily create on their own.
Entire Productions designed the evening around access, story, and flow. The experience moved guests from the energy of a Golden State Valkyries season opener to a private suite environment, then through a hidden transition to an intimate rooftop dinner overlooking San Francisco Bay.
Each chapter created a different opportunity to connect, from the energy of live sports and Warriors championship history to a chef-led dinner above the Bay. Together, they showcased the ambition, hospitality, and unexpected access that make San Francisco such an exciting destination for executive events.
